As if I set stone upon stone
Creating a temple emerging as dungeon
I crawl imprisoned in aphotic depths
Lightless, lifeless

Through leaden lungs is that I breathe
My limbs consumed by rigidity
A crypt in my chest a tomb beneath
Withering in sulphur dreams

Yet to this temple I lay waste
To the livid pillars made of bones
Desecrate the altars cut the vestigial veins
Shatter these walls of corroded stones

I believed in the ablepsia of stars
Smothered in ashes of extinguished moons
A cosmos buried in spheres
Deeper than time itself

I shroud my words in obscurity and haze
And my tongue serves the voice of madness
In ecstasy I abandon my ruins
Silhouetted towards the horizon

A vessel ought to be filled or decayed
Once broken it is to rot
For I ascend beyond the bond of flesh
On unseen wings of fever

Consumed by light devoured by fire
As I achieve transcendence
Orgasmic delight past comprehension
Beyond the cage of time and space

And to these ruins I laid waste
